Our restaurant group has locations in Phoenix and Santa Monica and Pasadena that are well-known by locals and international travelers alike.  All represent our commitment to quality ingredients, purposeful menus, historic architecture, thoughtful interior design, and exceptional, knowledgeable service.

Every item on our menu, from the entrees to the craft cocktails, is created in-house, by us. Our Executive Chefs engage our vendors daily, supporting seasonal menus and features. We treat honest ingredients simply, highlighting their natural flavors while supporting local people and cultures.

Our service style is far from the typical corporate model; we create systems that empower our staff to execute at the highest level through heightened awareness and accountability. As a Manager, you will coach and mentor your team with empathy and resilience to set, reach, and exceed goals.

  • Lifestyle Company : We are committed to a five-day workweek and offer two weeks paid vacation per year, with an extra week after three years with the company. Managers earn a four-week paid sabbatical after their tenth anniversary.

Managers track their development quarterly at interactive goal meetings, providing them with the tools to expand their professional knowledge and personal growth.
