LGO Hospitality, is looking for someone with an upbeat, "eager to learn" attitude, who has a desire to build their accounting career with us. He/she has strong communication skills, a willingness to accept feedback, and has a naturally self-driven mindset.

This person will be responsible for Accounts Payable duties in addition to managing general home office operations. He/she enjoys data analytics, solving financial based problems, and working with restaurant leadership to improve financial outcomes. This is an experienced position, suited for someone familiar with itemized invoice entry and inventory processes. Food lovers and those familiar with the hospitality industry are encouraged to apply!


  1. Review itemized invoice entry for correct unit of measure, quantity, account coding, and store approval on a daily basis for 10 locations
  2. Prepare weekly check runs by selecting invoices to be paid, matching checks to their invoices, preparing checks for the mail
  3. Maintain Sharesync folders (file sharing)
  4. Communicate and interact with vendors, suppliers, and store locations as needed to execute daily responsibilities
  5. Assist Staff Accountants with inventory preparation, review, and analysis
  6. Reconcile vendor statements
  7. Process credit applications
  8. Greet office visitors, assist with filing, field phone calls, open & prepare mail
  9. Purchase and maintain office supplies and coordinate w/office vendors for general maintenance and professional services
  10. Ensure office cleanliness and opening/closing guidelines are being adhered to
  11. Assist executive level team and accounting team with various needs; travel plans, mailings, presentation preparation, reconciliations, etc.
  12. Other duties as assigned


  1. 3+ years of Accounts Payable experience
  2. Familiarity with detailed and itemized invoice entry and how that relates to inventory processes
  3. P/C literate; ability to navigate Internet, Microsoft Outlook, and Office programs with ease
  4. Ability to hold themselves and others to company standards
  5. Proficient to excellent in 10key minimum of 8000 ksph at no less than 95% accuracy, type at least 40 wpm
  6. Strong written and verbal communication skills in English, problem solving, basic accounting principles, documentation, research and resolution via data analysis
  7. Ethical demeanor capable of preserving confidentiality; reliable; professional
  8. Ability to multi-task and handle competing deadlines
  9. Well organized, self-starter, ability to self-manage and be a team player
  10. Ability to maintain a pleasant, polite demeanor and attitude for interacting with public as well as fellow staff
