The ideal candidate will have experience leading a team and managing the daily operation of a small to mid-size seafood restaurant. They must have a strong understanding and passion for seafood as well as service. They must inspiring those around them, both hourly and management, in the front of house and in the kitchen. They are strong communicators and lead by example, not afraid of getting their hands dirty. 

Responsibilities

  • Provide leadership and direction, coach and mentor those around them, including the Chef team and FOH management
  • Implement and execute sales building strategies
  • Manage operations and finances of business
  • Recruit and train new hires on business practices
  • Drive initiatives and food quality
  • Expect a high level of service at all times

Qualifications

  • Experience in Seafood required
  • Management and Customer Service experience
  • Strong administrative skills
  • Demonstrated ability to lead
  • Comfort working with budgets, payroll, revenue and forecasting
  • Strong communications skills
